Should there be any issues with your purchase, we will assess the issue, take it back or exchange it to ensure you are happy with your new phone.

Return Policy for Phones
- The Costco return policy for cellular phones is 90 days from the date of purchase
- Carrier service trial periods are 15 days or 30 minutes of voice time and 50 MB of data usage from the date of purchase. After the trial period early cancellation fees may apply. See service contract for details
- Manufacturer’s warranty is available up to (1) year from the date of purchase. See the manufacturer’s warranty for specific coverage terms
- Your product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging - incomplete products won't be accepted
- Your product must be in perfect condition and showing no physical or moisture damages
- You must reset your device as per the manufacturer guidelines to clear all your personal data and any manufacturer locks
- Traded devices won't be returned
- Make sure you also bring back any gifts, promotions, or gift cards that were initially provided along with your purchase receipts

Return process
Once at the store, our representative will:
- Check your item(s) and ensure it is complete and showing no physical or moisture damages

Review the carrier cancellation policy with you
- Check the device to ensure it has been reset with no manufacturer locks
- Our wireless expert will create an invoice for return after checking that your carrier plan has been cancelled, and you will then be escorted to Costco’s customer service desk to complete the refund.
